At Free Yourself, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health services. As part of this commitment, we accept insurances listed here and offer Self-Pay sessions at the following rates. Payment or copay is due at time of service. We do not offer free consultations or phone calls.

$100/ 60-Minute Session

  • Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC)

  • Clinical Social Worker Candidate (LCSWC)

  • Addiction Counselor Candidate (ADDC)

$175/ 60-Minute Session

  • Licensed Psychotherapist (LPC, LCSW, or LAC)

Have Medicaid or Insurance?

Individual therapy sessions for adults, children, and adolescents are typically covered by Medicaid & insurance.

$175/ 90-minute Session

Have Medicaid or Insurance?

EMDR therapy sessions are typically covered by Medicaid & insurance.
Accepted insurances >

Medicaid will cover EMDR sessions up to 90 minutes.
Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Kaiser, and United/Optum will typically cover EMDR sessions 60-90 minutes, based on your plan. You may opt to self-pay for an additional 30 minutes if you prefer to schedule a 90-minute session, if not covered by your plan.

Couples & Family Therapy Rates

We are not currently accepting new Couples & Family clients with Medicaid or insurance.
Couples & Family sessions are currently conducted at a minimum of 90 minutes.

Out-of-Network?

At Free Yourself, we’re committed to making therapy accessible for everyone. Whether your insurance plan is in or out-of-network, we strive to ensure you can prioritize your mental health. If you need a superbill or copies of your invoices to submit to your out-of-network insurance provider, just let us know.
