A Note to New Clients

Thank you for visiting Free Yourself, a Colorado-based therapy practice dedicated to personalized, inclusive care for all identities. Whether you're starting your mental health journey or continuing on your path, our team is here to support you in a safe and compassionate space.

Why choose Free Yourself? With over 20 therapists with diverse specialties to select from, you have a better chance of finding the best fit for you! Someone who gets you, sees you, understands what you’re going through, and provides personalized care for you. Our clinicians accept Medicaid, private insurance, and various self-pay rates, and nearly all are accepting new clients - no waitlist required. Telehealth appointments are often available as soon as next-day and in-office appointments are often available within the week.

In order to provide the best services for current clients who are at risk for suicide, we are not accepting new clients that are suicidal or have been hospitalized for a suicide attempt in the past year. We are also not the best fit for people experiencing unmedicated severe and persistent mental health disorders or personality disorders. We recommend a higher level of care at an agency with wraparound services and medication management.

Please note that free consultations or phone calls are not offered at this time. If you’re curious about what happens at an intake appointment, please read about what to expect at your first appointment. You may also reach out for help finding the right therapist for you.

We look forward to partnering with you on this journey toward healing and growth. Please reach out with any questions.

Warmly,
The Free Yourself Team
