At Free Yourself, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health services. As part of this commitment, we offer Self-Pay sessions and accept the following insurances.

Do you have Health First Colorado Medicaid?
Please see important information under Medicaid below before scheduling an appointment.

• Aetna

• Cigna/ Evernorth

• United and Affiliated Optum Insurances:
  Allsavers, UMR, Oxford, Bind, etc.

• Medicaid

  • Colorado Health First Medicaid is divided into regional account entities (RAE). Your RAE is assigned based on where your Primary Care Physician (PCP) is located.

  • We are ONLY able to accept Colorado Access, Denver Health Medicaid Choice, and Colorado Community Health Alliance (CCHA) if you have Medicaid.

  • Many clinicians also accept Medicaid for couples and family counseling and EMDR therapy.

Additional Information

We regret that we are no longer accepting Anthem/Blue Cross clients due to high rates of claim denial and difficulties with provider services communication. Our contract ended June 30, 2023.

TRE and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy are not covered by insurance.

Payment or copay is due at time of service. We do not offer free consultations or phone calls.
