In-Network with All Medicaid Regions (RAEs):

Colorado Health First Medicaid is divided into regional account entities (RAEs). Your RAE is assigned based on the county where your Primary Care Physician (PCP) is located. For more information about RAEs, please visit Health First Colorado. If you have secondary insurance, it is important to let us know when scheduling an appointment. In order to use Medicaid as secondary insurance, we must also be in-network your primary insurance. Please view list of accepted insurance providers below.

Region 1:
Rocky Mountain Health Plans + Prime

Rocky Mountain Health Plans & Rocky Mountain Health Plans PRIME serve members receiving primary care services in one of the following counties: Alamosa, Archuleta, Chaffee, Conejos, Costilla, Custer, Delta, Dolores, Eagle, Fremont, Garfield, Grand, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Huerfano, Jackson, La Plata, Lake, Las Animas, Larimer, Mesa, Mineral, Moffat, Montezuma, Montrose, Ouray, Pitkin, Pueblo, Rio Blanco, Rio Grande, Routt, Saguache, San Juan, San Miguel, and Summit.

Region 2:
Northeast Health Partners(NHP)

Northeast Health Partners serves members receiving primary care services in one of the following counties: Baca, Bent, Cheyenne, Crowley, Elbert, Kiowa, Kit Carson, Larimer, Lincoln, Logan, Morgan, Otero, Phillips, Prowers, Sedgwick, Washington, Weld, and Yuma.

*CCHA is accepted as noted on clinician bio pages. At this time, Alice Henningsen, Cora Rubal, Dawn Richard, Ellie Brown, Laura Olaniyi, & Sohail Hasnain are accepting new CCHA clients, as noted on each of their profiles.

Region 3:
Colorado Community Health Alliance (CCHA)*

Colorado Community Health Alliance serves members receiving primary care services in one of the following counties: Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, El Paso, Gilpin, Jefferson, Park, and Teller.

Region 4:
Colorado Access (Coa/COACC) & Elevate (Denver Health) Medicaid Choice

Colorado Access Medicaid serves members receiving primary care services in one of the following counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, and Douglas.

Elevate Medicaid Choice serves members receiving primary care services in one of the following counties: Denver, Jefferson, Arapahoe, and Adams.

  • We do not accept Employee Assistance Plans (EAP).

  • Payment or copay is due at time of service.

  • We do not offer free consultations or phone calls, but your intake session is covered by eligible insurance.

  • We are not currently accepting new couples & family clients with Medicaid or insurance. If you have private insurance such as Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, Cigna, Kaiser, United/Optum, etc., you may elect to self-pay. View couples & family therapy rates here. If you have Medicaid, by law, you are not eligible to self-pay for individual or couples therapy sessions.

We can often verify your eligibility and and out of pocket costs, such as copay or coinsurance, before you schedule.

Couples & Family Therapy Rates

We are not currently accepting new couples & family clients with Medicaid or insurance.

If you have private insurance such as Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, Cigna, Kaiser, United/Optum, etc., you may elect to self-pay.
If you have Medicaid, by law, you are not eligible to self-pay for individual or couples therapy sessions.
Couples & Family sessions are currently conducted at a minimum of 90 minutes.

Book an Appointment

Once we confirm your appointment, you will receive an email with a link to our Client Portal to fill out intake documentation.

You may use the Client Portal to reschedule, cancel, and schedule future appointments. 

Out-of-Network?

At Free Yourself, we’re committed to making therapy accessible for everyone. Whether your insurance plan is in or out-of-network, we strive to ensure you can prioritize your mental health. If you need a superbill or copies of your invoices to submit to your out-of-network insurance provider, just let us know.
