About minhvy “VeeVee”
I believe clients play an expert role in their life. My job is to listen and make observations that will help you gain perspective for a positive change in your life. I value the combined effort between client and counselor. Together we will explore how you see the world and construct a treatment plan based on your specific goals. My approaches to counseling include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered and solution focused therapy.
Counseling can be intimidating. I am here to be nonjudgmental, compassionate, and empathize. I specialize in adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, abuse, self-esteem, relationship, and anger issues. I strive to help my clients foster awareness and gain insight into their inner emotions. My hope is that clients will gain a new outlook and feel empowered to make changes.
I offer individual counseling and group counseling for adults and adolescents via telehealth.
