About Danicia

I know how hard taking this first step can be. I commend you and welcome you. I am an Addiction Counselor Candidate, ADDC, who has experience working with individuals, groups, substance use, and mental health. I am here to meet you with empathy and empowerment, helping you build a life you love. Life can be beautiful, even after trauma and addiction. As a women of faith and a biracial women of color, I value hope and creating a safe space, to ensure you feel supported and heard.

My approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care. This means I help you address challenging thoughts and beliefs, work through uncertainty, identify root causes, and process and release trauma.

I want you to know that you are not alone. I will walk alongside you without judgement, helping you to feel whole.
